Kelly Fey serves as the Career Readiness Coordinator for the Achieving Collegiate Excellence and Success (ACES) program at the Universities at Shady Grove. She previously served as Associate Director of Education for the Boch Center in Boston, MA where she developed, managed, and expanded innovative arts-integrated youth leadership and employment programs, including the award-winning City Spotlights Summer Leadership Program and Teen Leadership Council. She previously worked as Membership and Programming Coordinator for the American Alliance for Theatre and Education (AATE), where she managed professional development programming and expanded advocacy for National Theatre In Our Schools Month. Her original research on inclusivity and representation of marginalized populations in theatre for young audiences was featured in the premier theatre anthology, Palabras del Cielo: An Exploration of Latin@ Theatre for Young Audiences. Fey previously served on the board of directors for the American Alliance for Theatre and Education and the New England Theatre Conference. Fey earned her bachelor’s degree in Media and Communication Studies from University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC) and her Masters in Theatre Education with a concentration in Theatre and Community from Emerson College.
