Emily Bailey served most recently as a member of the counseling team at Montgomery College, Rockville Campus. There, she provided academic and counseling services to current and prospective students. Prior to MC, she spent eight years as lead school counselor at York County School of Technology in Pennsylvania. During that time, she developed comprehensive counseling curriculum, coordinated college access events, and promoted Career and Technical Education (CTE) Programs to students and parents throughout the region. She has managed a diverse caseload of students and administered career assessments to help with post-secondary planning. She also taught high school math for five years and has a self-professed love of mathematics. Bailey holds a bachelor of science in mathematics from Susquehanna University and a master of education in secondary school counseling from Wilmington University.
